Operations Dashboard
CoordinatorYour command centre for the day
The Operations Dashboard gives coordinators a unified real-time view of all trips, drivers, and vehicles. It is the first screen you see after logging in and the central hub for monitoring your entire operation for the day.
Step-by-Step Guide
The top row of stat cards shows total trips, scheduled, in-progress, completed, and delayed counts at a glance.
A yellow banner appears if any drivers have not confirmed their availability for today, or if vehicles are in maintenance. Click "Review Now" to go to Fleet.
The main trip list combines all trip types — pickup requests, crew trips, and route-generated trips — into one sorted view.
Each row shows the trip number, passenger name, pickup and dropoff, assigned driver and vehicle, status badge, and priority indicator.
Use the search bar to find trips by guest name, driver name, location, or flight number.
Use the Kind filter to narrow by Pickup Request, Crew Trip, or Route Trip.
Use the Status filter to show only Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Delayed, or Cancelled trips.
Filters and search can be combined. Clear them using the X button or by selecting "All".
Scheduled — trip is created and assigned, not yet started.
In Progress — driver has departed or trip time has passed. Status updates automatically based on pickup time.
Completed — driver or coordinator has marked the trip done.
Delayed — trip has been flagged as delayed, usually due to a late flight or passenger.
Cancelled — trip has been cancelled. Cancelled trips remain in the log for audit purposes.
Cancelled trips are not deleted — they stay visible for reporting.
On-Call — trip is on standby; the driver is available but waiting to be dispatched.
- Start every shift by checking the availability banner — confirm all drivers are on duty before dispatching.
- Sort by pickup time to see which trips need attention first.
- Use the "Delayed" status filter at the end of a shift to spot any unresolved trips.
